KARI ANTILA & PETER HERTMANS – CD Release

 About : Guitar Stories is musical meeting of two well known European jazz guitarists: Kari Antila from Finland and Peter Hertmans from Belgium. In this album they perform in beautiful acoustic duo format as well as in more traditional jazz quartet format. Former teacher of Kari, Peter Hertmans is one of the best Belgian guitarists. This is demonstrated by his collaboration with the Brussels Jazz Orchestra or with the legendary drummer Billy Hart. In addition to his various musical projects, Peter teaches at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and at the Lemmens Instituut in Leuven. Their new album, Guitar Stories, fits perfectly into the acoustic jazz tradition.
